Diccon and Alan have been working together since they first met at college and have won most of the awards worth winning in advertising, from yellow pencils at D&AD to gold lions at Cannes. They recently became the first UK team ever to ‘win’ the Super Bowl, with a Super Clio Grand Prix for their Snickers 'Fix the World' campaign. They’ve won the Best of the Best at Campaign Big for their Cancer Research digital, interactive ‘breath test’ posters. They turned the streets of Bethnal Green into an art gallery for the V&A Museum of Childhood. They've also created PR stunts that have featured on every major news channel and even got in the Guinness Book of World Records.
As Creative Directors they successfully relaunched the MOBO awards and created the new global platform of ‘No Drama’ for Dolmio. They helped create and launch a bra that showed women how to check for the early signs of breast cancer with Life Saving Lingerie. They’ve also looked after Uncle Ben’s, Quaker, Fairtrade and have recently been given the responsibility to oversee all the creative work for Royal Mail.
Outside of work they both have young families, so enjoy spending time with them. Alan is a passionate cook and has a love for contemporary art, while Diccon is a keen cyclist who has also written an Amazon top 10 selling book.
