Diccon and Alan have been working together since they first met at college and have won most of the awards worth winning in advertising, from yellow pencils at D&AD to gold lions at Cannes. They recently became the first UK team ever to ‘win’ the Super Bowl, with a Super Clio Grand Prix for their Snickers 'Fix the World' campaign. They’ve won the Best of the Best at Campaign Big, for their Cancer Research interactive ‘breath test’ posters. They turned the streets of Bethnal Green into an art gallery for the V&A Museum of Childhood. They've also created PR stunts that have featured on every major news channel and even got in the Guinness Book of World Records.
As Creative Directors they’ve been responsible for running Dolmio, Uncle Ben’s, Quaker, MOBO, Fairtrade, Innocent, Johnson and Johnson Europe and Galaxy globally. While also running Royal Mail, where they took charge in overseeing their recent rebrand and relaunch.
They particularly enjoy nurturing young teams. And have created masterclasses to help teach craft in both writing and art direction.
Outside of work they both have young families, so enjoy spending time with them. Alan is a passionate cook and has a love for contemporary art, while Diccon is a very keen cyclist who has also written an Amazon top 10 selling book.
